Mightycause & the Colorado Gives Foundation lift up Colorado Nonprofits

In September of 2022, the Colorado Gives 365 platform, including its hallmark event Colorado Gives Day, officially transitioned to be hosted in partnership with Mightycause.com. The Mightycause team worked extensively with the team at the Colorado Gives Foundation to carefully and securely migrate 10+ years of nonprofit and donor information to ensure a seamless transition for the over 3,000 organizations that rely on the platform, and the hundreds of thousands of donors who have made gifts over the years.

2022 Colorado Gives Day Results

In December of 2022, the 13th annual Colorado Gives Day was hosted for the first time in partnership with Mightycause.com giving event technology platform. According to Thornley “We are thrilled with the success of our first Colorado Gives Day on the new platform, raising $53 million for 3,340 Colorado nonprofits.” 

This 24 hour giving marathon that processed donations from over 101,000 unique donors ran incredibly smoothly from a technology and customer support perspective. The Mightycause team resolved over 1,300 tickets from nonprofits and donors during the week leading up to and including Colorado Gives, with an average of just over 2 hours reply time and over 90% satisfaction rating. With Mightycause team handling front line customer support, the team at the Colorado Gives Foundation was able to focus on engaging their community and celebrating the giving!
