In September of 2022, the ColoradoGives.org website, including its hallmark event Colorado Gives Day, officially transitioned to be hosted in partnership with Mightycause.com. The Mightycause team worked extensively with the team at the Colorado Gives Foundation to carefully and securely migrate 10+ years of nonprofit and donor information to ensure a seamless transition for the thousands of Colorado nonprofits that rely on the platform, and the hundreds of thousands of donors who have made gifts over the years.

2022 Colorado Gives Day results
In December of 2022, the 13th annual Colorado Gives Day was hosted for the first time in partnership with Mightycause.com giving event technology platform. According to Thornley “We are thrilled with the success of our first Colorado Gives Day on the new platform, raising $53 million for 3,340 Colorado nonprofits.”
2025 Colorado Gives Day underway
Colorado Gives Day is Colorado’s largest giving event. Early giving began Nov. 1 and the event culminates with 24-hours of giving on Dec. 9. With Mightycause team handling front line customer support, the team at the Colorado Gives Foundation was able to focus on engaging their community and celebrating the giving!
In 2024, the event raised $54.8 million with more than 95,000 donors.
