As part of its mission, Razoo aims to provide opportunities for businesses to engage in meaningful ways with nonprofits to support their missions, while simultaneously engaging employees in their philanthropic strategy. Here’s a list of ways businesses can partner with Mightycause to further corporate social responsibility:

Start a collaborative Fundraiser with Mightycause. Trello started a fundraiser on Mightycause to engage employees for its holiday giving initiative. They matched all donations made, and ended up raising more than $12,000 for a domestic violence nonprofit. Make your fundraiser go further by letting us know your plans — we’ll help you get set up, provide personalized coaching and provide opportunities to cross-promote your fundraiser on social media, emails and more.

Create a Team to get the competition flowing. Encourage employees to start their fundraiser on your team to see who can raise the most funds. Pick a nonprofit to support, or let each fundraiser pick their own cause. Watch your peer-to-peer campaign take off and see how much your Team raises with a thermometer that aggregates your team’s total fundraising volume, comments and donation streams from all the fundraisers on the leaderboard.

Sponsor #GivingTuesday on Mightycause. Provide funds or prizes to winners with a customizable sponsorship on Mightycause. We’ll include your company in promotional materials and allow opportunities across the platform for you to engage with nonprofits and donors on the site.

Provide a matching gift in an emergency. In 2016, Mightycause partnered with top nonprofits to provide aid to Syrian refugees, support Dallas police shooting victims and help in Hurricane Matthew recovery efforts. Help further relief efforts by providing a matching gift. Or, donate the cost of platform fees to make sure each donation goes directly to relief efforts.

Let employees choose with Giving Cards. Companies such as PayPal purchase Giving Cards from Mightycause to allow employees to make a charitable contribution to the nonprofit of their choice. With more than 2,000 nonprofits actively using the platform, a Giving Card empowers employees to support a cause that’s personally important to them.

Write a guest story for our blog. With an audience of hundreds of thousands of users, Mightycause’s blog provides a voice for the great work of fundraisers and nonprofits on our platform. Spread the word of why corporate social responsibility is important to your organization and let others know how to get involved in your mission with a story or case study.

Contact Ashley Hieb at ashley@razoo.com for more information on any of the opportunities on this menu or to discuss ways to customize the partnership to meet your corporate social responsibility goals.
